Who are we and what do we do?
We are a young online service that helps connect employers and performers for remote projects. Our team unites specialists in recruiting and accompanying participants who help quickly find suitable people for marketing, testing, content work and other areas.
Our goal is to make the search process transparent and convenient: we publish current projects, advise employers on task design and accompany participants at the connection stage. At the same time, we do not act as an employer and do not take on the functions of arbitration or settlements between the parties — our role is informational and communicative.
Our clients: companies and project teams that need to quickly attract remote performers for part-time or project-based tasks; startups and marketing departments looking for temporary resources; organizations conducting testing and research.
Staff: a team of 5 people and 7 support employees.
Cooperation
How We Work?
1. You describe the task
The employer submits a request, briefly describing the project, tasks, deadlines and desired format of cooperation.
We accept the request, analyze the details and help clarify the candidate requirements if necessary.
2. We select suitable performers
Based on the project description, we select candidates from our database and open sources.
Each candidate goes through a preliminary interview where we check how well they meet the specified criteria (experience, engagement, online work skills).
3. You receive contacts and recommendations
After selection, we provide the employer with contact details of suitable candidates and a brief description of their skills.
This helps to quickly get in touch and agree on cooperation terms directly.
4. Payment for our services
Payment is made for the service of information selection and communication support, not for the performer's work.
That is, you pay for our help in finding, selecting and organizing communication with suitable people.
We do not withhold commission from performers — the entire amount that the employer pays to the performer is done directly between the parties.
